Like so many women I walk alongside, I've sat with the confusion, the exhaustion, the feeling of being lost inside a life that looks fine from the outside. I know what it's like to hold everything together while slowly coming apart inside.
That's why I created a space where you can be fully seen, heard, held and valued — in all of your perfectly imperfect humanness. Through Yin Yoga, meditation, and compassionate mentoring, we slow down, go inward, and help you remember the truth you've always known:

The practice
What is Yin Yoga?
Yin is the yoga of surrender. While the world tells you to push harder and move faster, Yin asks something radical of you — to stop, to soften, to stay. Poses are held for 3–5 minutes, working gently into the deep connective tissue and inviting the nervous system into rest. It's meditation in the body. And it's one of the most profound acts of self-care you can offer yourself.

Yin teaches you that slowing down isn't giving up — it's the most courageous thing you can do. In the stillness, you meet yourself honestly, tenderly, and without judgement.

Long gentle holds release not just physical tension but emotional holding too. Yin works where words alone cannot reach — deep in the tissue, deep in the felt sense of you.

This is the offering that lives at the heart of everything I do. Self-Mothering Yin weaves together the deep physical release of Yin Yoga with the compassionate inner work of mindful coaching and meditation.
